Accardia is an International Business Advisory and Project Development Firm that links Asia with Europe. Based in London, Austria, and the United Arab Emirates, we unite capital with worth while projects - in both directions. We analyse, structure, finance, market, and accompany projects from acquisition, concept to construction and sales in the real estate, aviation, and sustainable energy sectors. Our projects range from syndications for real estate investments in the Middle East and development of historic sites in choice Central European locations to the development of waste-to-energy projects in Eastern European countries. Our branch expertise also includes the brokerage of luxury properties and choice hospitality complexes in Europe and the Emirates as well as yachts, business jets and helicopters.

Established in 2006 in Dubai, Accardia operated out of offices in Umm Suqeim, Garhood, Dubai Airport Freezone, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Our strong international business development background coupled with a 6-year track-record in the Emirates gives us a unique position to structure new enterprises as investment vehicles to international standards - attracting European, Asian and Middle Eastern capital to well-defined and transparent development and acquisition projects.

Accardia holds an international real estate brokerage license issued by the Emirates' Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). Accardia also co-invests in many of the projects we lead or initiate.
