AOS II was Accardia’s second syndicate investment product and was based in a prime real estate development in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), the northernmost emirate in the UAE and less than one hour by car from Dubai. Al Hamra Village is a prime development in RAK, immediately adjacent to the sea and within the same development as the country’s first seven-star hotel. A marina and RAK’s first championship golf course round out this outstanding lifestyle destination.

Residential units in Dubai are in enormous demand and the prices for properties with sea views are beyond the reach of many buyers.

Hence the attractiveness of a high-quality, well-priced lifestyle project in RAK was correspondingly high.

In less than one year Accardia purchased and re-sold the residential units, earning a profit of 22.5% for its investors.

Accardia’s belief in the outstanding value and long-term potential of the RAK property market inspired Accardia’s third real estate investment syndicate, the AOS III, released in summer 2008.
