Research and due diligence indicate that capital gains can be generated by purchasing and then re-selling high quality properties within 12 montohs.

Investment Criteria: To buy 56 premium waterfront properties in a top location in Ras Al Khaimah which promise substantial capital gains and re-sell them within 12 months. On account of the number and value of the properties to be purchased ACCARDIA has been able to negotiate heavily discounted prices and advantageous payment schedules with the developer.

Location: Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah

Risk Management Startegy: The syndicate management has received a buy-back option from the developer for the event that some units are not sold prior to the closure of the syndicate.
