With over 20 years experience in property development, Mr Hildebrand is responsible for business development and the identification of new projects. Through long standing relationships to high net worth individuals and the capital markets Mr Hildebrand synthesizes portfolio strategies, personal interests, and market opportunities into win-win project strategies. He is responsible for the real estate sector of Accardia’s business: Mr Hildebrand has a degree in architectural engineering and speaks German and English fluently. |

Andreas Kyriakos, Managing Partner
With a structured fund raising background, Mr Kyriakos is responsible for the organisational and business planning aspects of Accardia’s business. Having co-founded several companies in the recycling and clean energy sector Mr Kyriakos takes the lead in energy sector projects. With 35 years of business experience in the US, England, Singapore, Athens, Vienna, and Dubai he is acting COO of Accardia’s operations. Mr Kyriakos has an engineering degree and speaks English, German, French, and Greek fluently. |

Dipl.Ing. Herbert Putz, MBA, Consulting Partner
Founder and Managing director of the real estate development company HPI Property Development Consulting GmbH. He has acted as an independant consultant for large scale real estate development projects, such as the Vienna Twin Tower (Wienerberg City) in Vienna, Austria, the BIGG Outlet Shopping Center in Parndorf, Austria and the RIVERGATE office center in Vienna, Austria. He also has a wide ranging expertise in the creation of private equity funds for real estate project developments. RIVERGATE office center has recently received the prestigous DIVA Award for innovative project development for 2010. |
