Stefan Hildebrand, Managing Partner
With over 30 years experience in property development and the real estate business, Mr. Stefan Hildebrand (born in Jersey, Channel Islands) is responsible for international business development and the identification of new projects. Through long standing relationships to high net worth individuals and the capital markets, Mr. Stefan Hildebrand synthesizes portfolio strategies, personal interests and market opportunities into win-win project strategies. He is responsible for the real estate sector of Accardia’s business in Dubai since 1999.
Mr. Stefan Hildebrand has a degree in civil engineering, interior design (Palladio Academy, London) and real estate (Technical University, Vienna). With his experience in the airline and jet industry (he has acquired all pilot licenses PPL, CPL, ATPL and is a certified airline pilot), as well as in the luxury yacht market (he has acquired the skipper certificate) he is also a professional sales consultant in both these industries. Mr. Stefan Hildebrand is also head of development of the iHome holding Ltd. based in Jersey, Channel Islands. The company's main focus is smart, energy efficient housing through Austrian technology (Passive House). Stefan Hildebrand is on the advisory council of the "Austrian - United Arab Emirates Society" since 2003 (an official organization of the “Federation of Austrian-Foreign Societies – PaN”). He is fluent in English and German.
